Airline Update PortalWelcome to the April edition of Honeywell’s Airline Update. Honeywell’s Customer and Product Support team is planning the 2012 Operators Conferences. Our first conference is planned for June 26-27 in Prague, Czech Republic. You will receive information shortly with links to the conference registration and preliminary agenda. As with past conferences, we will present meeting tracks of interest to engineering and maintenance personnel that cover all of the Honeywell product families. Senior Honeywell leaders will be attending to brief you on industry perspectives, answer your questions, and engage in one-on-one discussions. Honeywell, as many of the updates indicate, is working at all levels to find solutions to problems, to minimize reliability concerns, and to proactively engage with our customers. The other Regional Operators Conferences are being planned for the Middle East, Asia and China in October, and the Americas in November. We will be sending out more information when it comes available. I would like to once again express our sincere appreciation for your business and to reiterate our commitment to improving our performance in delivery, quality and communication.
